ISET 2023 Registration Fee

*A flat NTD 30/USD exchange rate will be used whenever applied. Note: l One regular registration can publish a paper. l Student fee is ONLY applicable for the student who is the FIRST author. l All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants. Registration fee includes l Conference program l Attendance to all sessions l Name tag l Certificate of presentation l Conference bag l Lunches, coffee breaks and Banquet Refund/Cancellation Policy: l If a registrant is unable to participate in the event for any reason, he or she can replace other co-authors or other people from the same institution/organization through arrangements with the registrar. A written request for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretary via email tsching@nchu.edu.tw l In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification, the following fees will be charged: ¨ Cancellation up to 90 days prior to event date: 80% of the registration fee can be refunded. ¨ 89-30 days prior to event date: 50% of the registration fee can be refunded. ¨ 29-0 days prior to event date: No refund l No Show ¨ If the author does not appear, the registration fee cannot be refunded. PAYMENT and REGISTRATION【繳費 及 註冊】 [1] If you are a foreign attendee attending ISET 2023, please pay the registration fee on-site on the day of the conference. [2] If you are a local attendee attending ISET 2023, you will receive an email after completing the abstract submission process. This email will provide instructions on how to pay your registration fee in advance of the conference.
