The 8th International Conference on Microactuators, Microsensors and Micromechanisms (MAMM 2026) is dedicated to providing an international forum for scientists, doctoral researchers, students, and industry practitioners to present recent research findings, exchange technical knowledge, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of microsystems technology. The conference will emphasize state-of-the-art developments and emerging trends in areas including micro-robotics, micro-integrated circuit packaging, micro-scale heat transfer, microsurgical technologies, unmanned aerial systems (drones), as well as miniature and micro-scale rigid-body and compliant mechanisms.
Building upon the success of previous editions held in Aachen (2010), Durgapur (2012), Timisoara (2014), Ilmenau (2016 and 2020), Hyderabad (2022), and Ho Chi Minh City (2024), MAMM 2026 will continue its well-established tradition of academic excellence and international engagement. The conference will be hosted at the Sun Moon Lake Teachers’ Hostel in Taiwan, renowned for its exceptional natural surroundings, offering a distinguished and inspiring venue to further strengthen global collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation in the fields of microactuators, microsensors, and micromechanisms.
